1. Establishing and developing direct contacts, connections and dialogue of all the participants on non-government level, organising conferences, seminars, "round tables", symposia, colloquia, meetings of business people; organising trade talks; preparing exhibitions and presentations, promoting exchange programs of university professors and students.

BRIEF INFORMATION
ACTAR-Asociatia Culturala a Tineretului Intre AZERBAIJAN si ROMANIA (AZERBAIJAN-ROMANIA YOUTH CULTURAL ASOCIATION) was established on 20th november in 2001. The chairman is Hajiyev Igbal Vahid oglu. The main purpose of ACTAR is to "develop relations between azerbaijani and romanian youth in all spheres including cultural,sport, education and others"
